TV Star Jax Taylor Fucked His Staff, Then Tossed Them Aside

Multiple women have accused reality TV personality Jax Taylor of pursuing sexual relationships with staff at his Studio City bar before abruptly discarding them, according to accounts shared with The U.S. Sun.

The Valley star, 46, allegedly used his role as bar owner to initiate affairs with several employees, employing what sources described as “love bombing” tactics — lavish attention, promises of exclusivity, and future plans — before withdrawing.

One employee said Taylor convinced her she was the only staff member he had ever been with, only for her to later discover he had used “the same tricks” with others.

Several women reported receiving inappropriate comments at work and described feeling pressured to tolerate them because he was their boss.

Some women also alleged that Taylor avoided using protection during sex but would provide Plan B afterward.

Another described how he pursued her aggressively on Instagram, quickly declaring feelings of love and sharing explicit messages, only for her to later learn he had repeated the same pattern with others.

The accounts depict a cycle: intense courtship, sexual involvement, identical gifts and texts — often including bar merchandise — followed by sudden bouts of anger and blame. Women said Taylor often cited his ongoing divorce from Brittany Cartwright as a reason he could not be seen publicly with them.

Several noted that he frequently disparaged his ex-wife, casting himself as a victim and making derogatory remarks about her.

The encounters, they said, left them feeling “humiliated,” “angry,” and “heartbroken.”

Taylor opened the Studio City bar in October 2023, but by July 2025 had stepped away amid personal and professional turmoil, including divorce proceedings, substance abuse treatment, and allegations of abusive behavior.

Representatives for Taylor did not respond to requests for comment.
