Trump Calls for CBS to Be Revoked for Airing Zelensky Interview

Donald Trump called for the CBS television channel to lose its license after it aired an interview with Volodymyr Zelensky and a report from Greenland the day before.

"I am honored to sue 60 Minutes, CBS Fake News and Paramount for their outrageously false reporting.

They are not a news show, they are dishonest spin doctors masquerading as news, and they must be held accountable for what they have done and continue to do.

"They should lose their license!" Trump wrote on his social network Truth Social.

CBS's 60 Minutes aired an interview with Zelensky, during which he called on his American counterpart to support Kyiv rather than remain neutral in the conflict with Russia.

He also invited Trump to personally visit Ukraine and assess the scale of the destruction from the fighting.

In a report from Greenland, the island's residents spoke out against joining the United States.

Even before winning the election, Trump filed a $10 billion lawsuit against CBS.

It relates to an interview with Kamala Harris during the campaign, in which the Republican claimed the network misled viewers by showing different versions of her answer about the situation with Israel and Hamas.

CBS officials confirmed the edits but said they were made to provide a more complete response from Harris, denying any malicious intent.
