OnlyFans creator Sophie Rain says she earned $82 million

Appearing in David Dobrik’s Aug. 26 YouTube vlog, 20-year-old OnlyFans star Sophie Rain said the online rumors about her earnings are accurate.

When Dobrik asked about what he’d seen on the internet, Rain replied, “That was all true,” adding, “No one believes me, but it is very true.”

Dobrik then showed what appeared to be her stats on a phone: “She has made $82 million in the last year and a half.”

Rain also spoke about the downside of sudden fame.

“I’m just so nervous,” she said. “I’m paranoid. ’Cause all of this could disappear tomorrow.” Dobrik laughed: “$82 million doesn’t disappear tomorrow!”

Co-host Ilya Fedorovich cited another figure — an alleged hourly rate of “$28,472,” calling it “f--king insane!”

The vlog noted that July was a “slow month,” when Rain “only made 3.4 million.”

“Someone take a vacation!” Dobrik joked. Rain went further with a comparison to LeBron James: “I almost made more than LeBron last year. He made $56 million, I made $43 [million].”

According to Sportico, James earned a $48.7 million NBA salary with the Los Angeles Lakers for 2024–2025 plus $85 million in endorsements, for a total of $133.7 million last season. It’s unclear where Rain got her figures.

Rain, who joined OnlyFans in 2023, discussed her approach in a March interview with Fox News Digital.

Despite posting on an adults-only platform, she describes herself as a devout Christian and says she is “still a virgin.” “I’m very strong,” she said. “I have a very close relationship with my church and I love God. I believe that he will forgive your sins for anything, and I think that he’s happy that I’m successful.”

For Rain, boundaries are central: “You have got to have morals or else you’re going to get lost in the industry… you have got to stay true to yourself.”

Addressing perceptions of the site, she added: “Essentially, there’s just this big misconception on OnlyFans that you are labeled as a porn star, but I’m still a virgin. I keep my content on OnlyFans very reserved, and you can still make money from doing all of these things.”
