Miley Cyrus Strips Down for Perfect Magazine

Miley Cyrus has unveiled the first of six covers for an 80-page special edition of Perfect Magazine, photographed by fashion legend Paolo Roversi with co-shooter Lynette Garland and styled by Katie Grand.

The striking black-and-white portrait shows the 32-year-old singer completely nude, shielding her chest with one arm while her 2011 dream-catcher tattoo curls along her right ribs.

Two further covers keep the provocation but add couture: one pairs a Marie-Antoinette ballgown with scuffed Converse high-tops, the other revives a 1982 Vivienne Westwood & Malcolm McLaren corset pulled from the archives. “Even when I’m wearing nothing, I still feel powerful,” Cyrus tells the magazine.

The shoot doubles as promotion for her ninth studio LP, Something Beautiful, its companion film and the intimate Somewhere Beautiful concert run. Health concerns still shadow touring plans: Cyrus recently disclosed a vocal-cord polyp and Reinke’s edema, plus a hospital stay after a video shoot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame triggered an infection.

Online reaction swung from adulation — “iconic” and “internet-breaking” — to fatigue over yet another nude moment.

Cyrus also used Instagram Stories to dismiss rumours of a deep family split, insisting she remains on good terms with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, despite lingering headlines about his relationship with actress Liz Hurley and allegations he denies.
